The service is excellent! The traditional breakfast is hearty. Paul is a friendly and personable individual. This restaurant is a hidden gem! The prices are unbeatable. Best of all, Christina provided outstanding service!

I'm a special ed teacher, and my teacher assistant and I took our class here for a lunch outing recently. The owner was so kind to our group and gave them free pieces of pound cake on our way out. On top of that my students all loved the food, and the prices are great. We will be back!

We love this little place. It is a true mom and pop operation with mom running the grill and pop making the sandwiches. The food is great. They have one great waitress that runs the whole place. She is always friendly and very efficient. The place is fascinating since there are a bunch of regulars that enjoy the place. We have only been there a couple of times but we've always felt welcome and enjoy the food. The gyros and baklava just might be the best in Virginia. The place is a couple of blocks from the heart of downtown Roanoke but worth the walk. They are only open for breakfast and lunch and only take cash.

We found this place by accident when the breakfast restaurant we were looking for went missing (we couldn't find it). The owners are very friendly, the food is great and the prices are straight out of the 90s. You do need to know that this place is cash only, but they have an ATM right in the restaurant. Make sure that you stop here for breakfast or lunch!
